No. Asking questions is free. The free remote diagnostic itself is also free under our no-fix-no-fee policy — you only pay if we resolve your fault. We don't charge for initial advice, pre-purchase questions, or signposting to the right service.
Within 4 hours during business hours. Business hours are Monday–Friday 09:00–19:00; closed weekends. Messages received outside hours are read the next working morning.
